We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review our policy for important details:
Return Eligibility:
- Items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, or if they are expired or damaged during shipping.
- Opened or used items, including all personal care items, cannot be returned.
- Rotadent toothbrushes are covered by a 1-year warranty but can only be returned if the plastic film is intact and the item remains unopened.
How to Return:
- Contact customer service or initiate a return through your account within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must include their original packaging, all parts, accessories, and instructions.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected to confirm it is unused and unopened.
- If you used a prepaid gift card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), please retain it to ensure proper credit.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping, service fees, hazardous material fees, and oversize/drop-ship fees are non-refundable.
Return Timeline:
- Returns must be received within 10 days of initiating the return process. Items returned after this period or those that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
